Please be advised that you can continue using your software with your old email address and the corresponding activation code. The software should not need re-activating on any computers that you previously installed it on.
If you need to re-activate your software, please use your old email address to retrieve your activation details from the page below. This page will also provide links to download your purchased software version.
If the software you need to reactivate requires an activation password, you can request for this password to be emailed to you from within the software as shown in the screenshot below. Please note that passwords are case sensitive. When you correctly enter your password, you will need to choose a brand new password, which is less than 16 characters long.
If you no longer have access to the email address where the password is being sent, please contact our support team, who will be happy to get the software back up on your computer.
