You won't normally need to reactivate the software if you only update to the latest version on the same computer. This is only necessary due to some Windows 10 updates.
In this guide we will show you how to reactivate your software, as well as how to look up your activation code using our activation code look up system.
How to reactivate your software after a software/system update
If your purchased software is prompting you to activate the software or purchase again, there is no need to worry, your license hasn't expired and you won't need to purchase again, you just need to reactivate your software!
You will need your activation code and your password that you set when you first activated the software. If you cannot remember these, you can use the activation code look up system to find your activation code.
You can retrieve original activation details for all your products purchased within the last 5 years by visiting https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/support/registration/

You can use this page to find your purchase records for all your purchases made with Wide Angle Software based on your email address.
This page will also provide links to download your purchased software.
This page will also provide links to download your purchased software.
You can also request for the activation password to be emailed to you from within the software so that you can reactivate the products. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
To activate your software, click the "activate" button in the top right of the program (marked with a little key icon).

You will then need to enter your activation code.

Microsoft / Mac App Store purchases
Our App Store software works a little differently. If you make a purchase on the Microsoft or Mac app store, you won't receive an activation code. Please simply download your purchased software from Microsoft or Apple after purchasing.
