If our Waveform Music Player app is not detecting your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad, please make sure that you're using the latest version of the app.
Waveform also requires for the Apple Mobile Devices app to be installed on your computer. You can download it from the Microsoft Store here:

Installing the Apple Devices app allows your PC to automatically detect your iPhone, iPod, and iPad when connected. It is compatible with iOS 10.0 or later.
If Waveform still isn't recognizing your device after installing the Apple Devices app, please check the type of device you're trying to connect. Please note that our Waveform app is compatible with iOS devices only.
For all iPods, including click-wheel models like the iPod Classic, we recommend using our TouchCopy software. TouchCopy allows you to manage and transfer music, playlists and other media from your iPod, iPhone or iPad to your PC or Mac.
You can also use TouchCopy to play music on your device via your computer.
