If your TouchCopy activation code does not work, follow these steps...
- Ensure that you are running the correct version of TouchCopy that matches your activation code. Note that PC and Mac activation codes are not interchangeable.
- If you're getting an error when you're trying to activate TouchCopy please check our support article providing details of activation errors.
- If your TouchCopy activation code has expired, please purchase a new TouchCopy license.

If you purchased the latest version of TouchCopy from our website, you will have received an activation code for one of the following license types:
Lifetime license
12-month license
6-month license

Important: If you purchased a time-limited license, your activation code will expire at the end of the license period and will not renew automatically. TouchCopy purchases are not subscriptions, and licenses do not auto-renew.

Legacy versions
TouchCopy 16 is a legacy version of the software and has not been updated in several years. As a result, it will not work with devices running iOS 26, but it may still work with older devices and earlier iOS versions.
Legacy TouchCopy 16 purchases included the following license types:
Lifetime licenses : TouchCopy 16 activation codes start with TP16 (Windows) or TM16 (Mac)
1-year licenses : TouchCopy 16 activation codes start with RP16 (Windows) or RM16 (Mac)

These activation codes are no longer valid, as TouchCopy 09 and TouchCopy 12 have not been updated since 2010 and 2015, respectively.
