This article provides guidance on how to resolve issues with loading WhatsApp messages in TouchCopy, including when the app displays "WhatsApp has nothing to show."
We are aware of an issue with TouchCopy not loading WhatsApp messages from iPhones that have end-to-end encrypted chat backups enabled.
While we work on a fix, you can still use TouchCopy to save your WhatsApp messages by temporarily disabling end-to-end encryption on your chat backup. Here's how:
- Open WhatsApp on your iPhone.
- Tap Settings (bottom right).
- Go to Chats > Chat Backup > End-to-end Encrypted Backup.
- Select Turn Off.
