If you attempt to connect your iOS device to TouchCopy, and receive AMDeviceConnect error 3892314244 or AMDeviceValidatePairing returned -402653172, it can be quite confusing and frustrating, but do not worry as there is a simple fix for this issue!
If you have installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store, it will be beneficial to uninstall this version and reinstall iTunes from Apple's website. If you are concerned that uninstalling this version of iTunes will cause you to lose all of your music and playlists, you have no need to worry as all of your music and playlists will be kept intact and will still be there once you reinstall iTunes from Apple.
