To access content like Messages, Contacts, Call Logs, Notes or Calendars, TouchCopy needs to read a backup of your device. TouchCopy will try to create a backup in the app when you first try to view this content. This should work seamlessly, allowing you to view your desired content from your device.
But in the unlikely event that the device is taking a while to back up and does not complete, we have plenty of troubleshooting steps to overcome this problem.
