My Droid Transfer activation code does not work

If your Droid Transfer activation code does not work, follow these steps...

1: Ensure that you are running the correct version of Droid Transfer, that matches your activation code.

2: If you're getting an error when trying to activate, please check our support article about activation errors.

3: If your Droid Transfer activation code has expired, please purchase a new Droid Transfer license.

Lifetime vs Rental Activation codes

Lifetime Droid Transfer activation codes never expire and can be used on 2 computers.

Rental activation codes can be used on 1 computer only. They expire after 1 year, and do not renew automatically.

If you're not sure which activation code you purchased, please check your original purchase confirmation email, or contact our friendly support team to check.
