Droid Transfer does not support playlists transfer to your PC. This is because there is not a standard format or save location for playlist creation on Android - different music players seem to use their own solutions for playlists and, unfortunately, Droid Transfer cannot support them all.
However, Droid Transfer can transfer your music files between your Android device and your PC using either WiFi or USB.
