Microsoft / Mac App Store purchases:
Our App Store software works a little differently. If you purchased from the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store, you won't receive an activation code.
To make use of such a purchase, log in to Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store using the account you made the purchase with. Then, download and install your purchased software directly from that Store. Doing so will automatically apply your purchased license.
